You can implement a simple mechanism of the system health monitoring using standard Web API commands and a 3rd party monitoring tool (e.g. Uptime Robot).
Just create a bunch of Web API requests (check, status, etc.) to your installation of WebSpellChecker that will be sent by a selected monitoring tool with the desired frequency. If something goes wrong, you will receive a notification.
