As for now in as you type mode in order to correct a problem, you need to hover on the word or phrase and select the replacement or ignore the suggestion. There is no option to use right clicking the word in WProofreader as it is available for the SCAYT plugin for CKEditor 4. This is an intentional move as we are not able to affect the context menu of a web browser.
