Both WProofreader and SCAYT plugin for CKEditor version 4.7.0+ have a separate user interface features for the advanced personal dictionary management. Using this interface you can add or delete words from the dictionary. Although such functionality is not available in the WSC Dialog plugin for CKEditor 4.

You cannot edit the words added to a personal user dictionary. If you want to modify a word, you need to delete a word first and then add it again.
