Starting with WebSpellChecker version 5.17.0.0, we have enabled English, Spanish, and French medical dictionaries for appropriate their respective languages and their dialects. The same is for applies to legal dictionaries. The list of words from the These specialized dictionaries are extended the default list of words, you do not need to do any additional configurationextend the default word lists. No additional configuration is required.
