Users can add any word to their personal dictionary clicking the Add word command in the Dictionaries tab of SCAYT dialog or Spell Checker dialog. 

To add a word to a personal user dictionary in SCAYT plugin for CKEditor 4:  

  1. Click the ABC iconImage Added to display the drop-down list and select Dictionaries command. 
  2. Type the word in the Add word field and click Add word and then click OK

To add a word to WSC dialog plugin for CKEditor 4: 

  1. Click the ABC icon Image Added  to open SpellChecker dialog. 
  2. In the Spell Checker dialog which opens, navigate to the desired word. 
  3. Click the word to display the suggestions and click Add word button.   

To add a word to WProofreader:

  1. In WProofreader, hover over a marked misspelled word to see the suggestions balloon.
  2. Select Add word command

The User Dictionary is aimed at the end users of web-based system where the WebSpellChecker products are integrated. It allows each end user to create  personal dictionaries with custom words (complex words, acronyms, proper names etc.) and use them while working with the system. Going further all the words added to a personal dictionary will not be considered as misspellings and they will also be available in the suggestions list.

Thus, the end user may add any word to his/her personal dictionary just by clicking Add word from the User Interface of SCAYT or Spell Check Dialog. As soon as the word is added to the dictionary, it will no longer be underlined and considered as a misspelled one
